The rooms were modern and spacious, and the surroundings of the farm were lovely. It was great for children, with parking right outside the rooms. The cooked breakfast was huge and delicious. The 

We had a great stay here. The breakfast is gorgeous with a wide array of dishes, perfect rooms. Secluded position of the venue. Apart from that, flamingo land theme park and was 15 minutes' drive away. Comfy beds were provided.  

Would recommend it and will choose it for sure next trip. Beautiful location & the food was high quality. We greatly enjoyed delicious breakfast. The host was friendly!

We were truly impressed with Barker Stakes and the owners. Even though we were using public transportation, Steve went out of his way to accomodate us.

Impressive staff and high room standards. Great location for countryside walks. Spacious and well-lit rooms with large towels. Generous coffee and biscuit offerings. Modern, spacious bathroom with strong shower and provided toiletries. Outdoor area with table 

The best thing about this place was the hospitality. I can honestly say this is one of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest b&b we have stayed at, oh! and the breakfasts were superb.

I recently stayed at a lovely peaceful place surrounded by nature and tranquility. The owners were welcoming and showed me to my spacious room with all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini fridge and tea/coffee making 

Very welcoming and friendly. Great modern farmhouse en-suite facilities with separate accommodation catering for a family of eight - two couples and a family of four. Small farm with animals on site was a great bonus. Not cheap, but highly recommended.
